ENERGY EFFICIENT
Heating and cooling costs 4 times less than in a house made of aerated concrete. For 50 sq.m., an ordinary 2 kW heater is enough, and you do not need to wait for the walls and floor to heat up.
DURABLE
High-density expanded polystyrene and moisture-resistant OSB-3 boards are used for production of SIP panels. If the operating rules adhere, the house will be able to last more than a century.
SEISM-RESISTANT
It withstands hurricane winds and earthquakes up to 7 points due to the rigid frame construction and high strength SIP panels.
ECOLOGICAL
OSB boards meet the requirements of the European standard, very low emission class E1, E0. Polystyrene foam is completely inert and does not cause allergic reactions. Materials can be recycled.
PERFECT GEOMETRY
The walls have the correct shape and do not require additional alignment in houses both of brick or block masonry. The house does not sag, does not crack and does not slope.
QUIET
Sandwich panel house will not creak at temperature differences unlike frame, wooden houses and houses from LSTS. The house is quiet due to OSB boards characteristics and special design of the walls, it is fundamentally different from the walls of frame houses.
STRONG AND HARD
Due to the unique ability of sip-panels to withstand huge loads, you can hang a boiler or massive shelves on the walls, which will not affect the geometry of the panels.
COMFORT
In any season. A house made of sandwich panels retains heat in winter and coolness in summer better than a wooden one.
