Description
The basis of the SIP panel is a magnesite plate – a composite material for construction, consisting of magnesium oxide and chloride, reinforcing glass fiber, as well as with the addition of mineral and organic fillers.
The chemical compound of the magnesium compound (MgO + MgCl2) creates an extremely strong crystal lattice, and for additional protection against bending and brittleness, the magnesite plate is reinforced with fiberglass. The panel is fireproof and does not absorb water, so it is suitable even for rooms with high humidity and high temperatures.
Another advantage is the sheet surface. The smooth surface on the front side allows you to use the magnesite panel for painting walls or gluing wallpaper, without the need for a primer or the use of plasterboard. And the rough surface on the reverse side allows you to easily decorate the walls with plaster, tiles, plastic or other materials.
As a filler, high-quality polystyrene foam EPS 80 of high density is used, which is distinguished by its lightness and environmental friendliness, and also provides effective and long-term insulation of the house. You can also choose a version of the panel with graphite polystyrene, which not only has a dark gray color that is convenient for construction, but is also known for its improved thermal and sound insulation characteristics.
The heater is available with a thickness of 100 mm, 140 mm or 180 mm.
The size of the SIP panel is 2500×1200 mm, the plate thickness is 10 mm.
Certified magnesite material is safe for health, non-allergenic and ecological. At the same time, there is no need to use additional antibacterial or antifungal agents.
