SIP block (OSB3)

OSB SIP block is a compact 3-layer structure for panel-frame construction, which consists of two OSB boards and EPS 80 polystyrene foam as an insulating filler. Reliable gluing is achieved with the help of automatic uniform pressing and the use of quality materials and a special one-component polyurethane glue.

Description

A unique characteristic of the SIP block is its compact size (1230x490mm) and light weight, which allows only 1-2 people to be involved in the construction, without the need for special equipment. Thus, building and furnishing a house becomes affordable, and construction takes place in the shortest possible time and at no extra cost.

The components of the SIP block are moisture-resistant OSB3 sheets with the correct geometry from EGGER (sheet thickness 10 mm), as well as high-density polystyrene foam EPS 80 (100 mm, 140 mm or 180 mm thick to choose from).

Graphite Styrofoam option available. The addition of graphite increases the infrared reflectivity, improves the insulating properties of the fill, and makes it an effective method of keeping the heat in the home, even with thinner blocks.

The finished structure is strong and can withstand large vertical and horizontal loads without distortion or deflection.

We use only high-quality certified components, so we guarantee a long service life of our SIP blocks.
