SIP panel (OSB3)

SIP panel is a durable ecological three-layer structure, which is distinguished by its moisture resistance and consists of two OSB boards and a layer of solid polystyrene foam between them.

Description

OSB SIP panel is a modern material that is used as a basis for frame-panel construction and provides easy construction of buildings in a short time.
Thanks to its 3-layer construction, consisting of two sturdy OSB boards made from ecological high-quality wood and a solid polystyrene core, the sandwich panel is a proven building material. For the manufacture of the panel, we use moisture-resistant OSB3 sheets from a reliable European manufacturer EGGER, which can withstand heavy loads.

Expanded polystyrene EPS 80, which is used as a layer and insulation of the SIP panel, provides excellent thermal insulation in the house. It is an absolutely safe non-toxic material that boasts of its durability and soundproofing properties.

In addition to the usual white, a modification of graphite polystyrene foam is also available for order. The addition of graphite improves the thermal insulation performance of the sandwich panel, plays a big role in the insulation of the house, and makes the material even stronger, while providing additional protection against the appearance of mold or fungus.

The SIP panel has dimensions of 2500x1250mm and is distinguished by its lightness and durability. At the same time, the material is not flammable, because it has the ability to self-extinguish.
The EPS thickness is available in three variations – 100mm, 140mm and 180mm, so you can choose the design depending on your needs and purpose of use.
Only certified materials are used for production.
